The dance company "Yeraz" was formed in 2000 and the artistic director of the company is Christina Galstian Agudgian. Two are the main things, which the company have as a purpose - to save and perform the rich repertoire of armenian dances ,meanwhile to combine it with modern and artistic interpretations.
The repertoire of the group consists of dances with different choreography, exclusively influenced by the traditions and history of their armenian people. The unique and original part is hidden in the skillful combination of mordenistic view and presentation of classical themes and subjects. The traditional and the modern in an individed antireness - this is the key to the successful interpretation of such a rich folklore
.
 
The Georgian Dance Academy "Ikori" was founded in 1995. There is a training course in the academy. The group is for children - boys and girls aged 15 to 23 and adults. The group is the prize-winner more than once in many festivals in Georgia. The participants won seven grand pries for ten years. The group is well-known in the country. They have traveled around Europe, visited different countries and took part in many international festivals and competitions.
Georgian dance is known all over the world but the main purpose of the participants in "Ikori" is to create together with folk dances a new dance art meeting the demands of XXI century.

 
The "Jugnu Bhangra Group" was formed in 1970 by 7 members which gradually increased during the following years. Jugnu is now made up of three teams, aged from 5 to 55 years. They are all positive that they will still continue to excite and to entertain its audiences. In the summer of 1998 most of them returned to Punjab to show that they have looked after and enhanced their tradition in the UK.
Jugnu are now, by far, the most established bhangra group this country has produced. Over the past 28 years many dancers have come and gone, but Jugnu is as strong as ever!
They have won many trophies and awards, played in the Albert Hall twice, and toured all over the world.

"Nowa Huta" Song and Dance Ensemble was founded in 1953 in Cracow.
The ensemble consists of youth of all types of Cracows schools and of students, working youth and children. Its repertoire includes songs and dances of many regions of Poland and also national songs and dances. The original dances and songs that underwent artistic elaboration popularise Polish regional and national folklore, mainly through their contents and performance. The ensemble took part in important festivals and contests, both in Poland and abroad. The ensemble was awarded a gold medal at the International Music and Dance Festival in Great Britain. The group "Nowa Huta" has got a lot of Polish historical dances in its repertoire. The ensemble has taken part in theatrical and TV realisations and in plain-air performances. It has got a studio recording and photographical publications, which refers to its repertoire. Youth, natural charm, dynamics of dances, beautiful costumes that are often changed, and interesting repertoire - these are the everlasting impressions the audience get after the performances of "Nowa Huta" Ensemble.
The ballet "Ara de Madrid", was created in 1988, under the direction of Carmina Villar who is at the same time the choreographer and the teacher of the ballet. She teaches and spreads the Spanish Folklore, inside the new cultural wave of concern for the art and the popular costumes. The ballet offers an international special show, with an anthology of the dances of the world, entitled "Ballet from the towns around the world". Every dance is performed with its live music and presents variety of costumes, styles and colouring of extraordinary attractiveness for the audience.
 
In 1960, Profs. Frederico Vilades had the idea of integrating a dance group to spread the national folklore, from a cultural standpoint and respecting to the maximum possible their customs and traditions as they can be appreciated in his original manifestations, became to reality.
Since then and up to now, the group has been intregrated by enthusiastic young people dedicated to the tasks of researching and make documentation , through the scenic assembly, of the Mexican traditional dance, taking this cultural labor to all the national territory and around the world.

The group was founded in 1997 in Seoul, Korea. It has performed on many international and national events such as the Closing Ceremony of the 79th National Athletic Festival, in Hong Kong and Taipei, in Europe and many more.
The group has in its repertoire some of the most popular dances in Korean folklore, such as - Korean fan dance - extremely beautiful and splendid performance, the Nymph dance - with mysterious music and costumes and a lot more.
"Small, but wonderful angels that will brighten Korean beauty and tradition".

 

The folklore ensemble 'Tausen" from Russia was created in 1980. It has participated in many international folklore festivals and has won many awards. Th ensemble has
won the title of "Folk Ensemble". The work of the participants is on scientific base - archive materials are used, a lot of folklore researches are done, a lot of relations with ethnographic groups are made. The repertoire of the ensemble complies 50 songs - such as ballades, historical, dance, presentations of typical traditional customs and so on. Real patterns are used for making the costumes and the details are done by the participants themselves.

The Ensemble for folklore dances "Irendik" was created in 1971. It is one of the leading ensembles for folklore dances in Bashkortostan and it is very popular. It has participated in a lot of international folklore events in Ukraine, Kazahstan, Uzbekistan, Germany, Poland, Turkey and Italy. The repertoire of th ensemble complies more than 50 solo and group dances, folklore miniatures and subject programs.
 
The association "Sbandieratori Ducato Caetani" was born on the 12th of September 1996 with the purpose to promote the ancient art of flags and to support the interests towards national and international folklore, participating to national and international folkore festivals.It reconstitutes the history of Caetani family with its great personages represents their historical background.
The "Sbandieratori Ducato Caetani" works in the ancient dukedom of Sermoneta, involving young people, discovering the values of traditions and folklore, gloriously promoting one of the special traditions of Italy. The group consists of twenty to twenty-five members: standard bearers, trumpeters, drummers and flag hurlers; it parades in the streets in procession and performes in squares and on stages indoor and outdoor. The members of the group took part in the most important events of the last 15 years, participating in exhibition of important folklore festivals and in other celebrations settled in Europe.
   
The Academic Cultural and Artistic Association "Mirche Acev" at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius", now when it is celebrating its 55 year jubilee from the founding, we are happy to conclude that the members of the Academic Choir and the Folk Group have successfully affirmed the rich Macedonian folk songs and dances tradition in their youthful spirit at home and abroad.
The 55-th years of existence of "Mirche Acev" express the growth and the rise of the Macedonian culture, especially of the folk music tradition. The Macedonian people deep in their hearts have an inborn feeling for the song and dance. The Macedonian has retained its heritage of the rich, colourfull and invincible folk culture since ancient times and has lived with it in this space and time.
The programme is consisting of traditional dances and song which are performing with traditional instruments and costumes.

The ensemble was founded in 1987. Its varied repertoire features mainly children's motifs. The little dancers are always favourites of the audience. Zornitsa has been a regular participant in national and international folk festivals and competitions. The ensemble has won numerous awards at the festivals in Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria. It has had concert tours in the island of Corfu in Greece, Belgium, France, the Czech Republic, Italy, Serbia.

The Folk Show - Ivan Ivanov was founded on November 5 th 1991 in order to present and popularize the bulgarian folk dance. The repertoire includes theme and plot dances characterized by joyful and playful mood from all ethnographic regions of Bulgaria. The number of the participants in he show is 18. The duration of the programme is 60-70 minutes. The show can be performed both outdoor.
